Are you looking for recommendations for the restoration or shipping? Sound like a great pair, would love to see some photos!
For shipping I happen to know CoolNVintage use https://www.carseurope.net/. For restoration, maybe depends on extent of work and expectations/budget. Lots of good companies out there, a localish company I admire are Hayward Revive, who do some great work! Beautiful! Right up my Street!
Highly recommend Hangar 53, where I got my 1984 V8 Ninety from. Also Cult 4x4 is another local expert. I would recommend they ship the parts in and get it done over there, much cheaper labour rates and lots of really good specialists in the Middle East.
Alternatively send it to the Land Rover Treasure Shop in Cyprus, same advantages on cheaper labour costs vs. Uk, but also closer to Middle East and they do lovely restoration work there with a mountain of used spares in their yard Is there such a thing as too many Defenders?.... Lovely pair 😉
Shipping back to the UK, unless the owner also owns a shipping firm, is likely to be hellish expensive, not to mention the paperwork involved with temporary importation etc. My guess would be that to ship both of them over here & then back out again would cost $7-10k even before a nut or bolt was turned on them. Add to that the cost of UK labour. Best to get the work done locally as others have said - time wise, I would guess that it'd be just as quick to get them 'torn down' & parts delivered as it would to get them shipped to the UK so also probably better to get done in country on that score too. |

I shipped a 110 300TDI to my cousin in Chicago. £1100 all in.
Maybe not as expensive as you think on a boat? 1951 80" S1 2.0 1995 110 300TDI 1995 90 300TDI |

That's one vehicle one way... this is two vehicles two ways don't forget. Not discounting the idea altogether, just pointing out that you could probably get a lot of hours labour, and/or parts, for the cost of the shipping alone.
