Although quite blurry, there's a pic of the interior on the LHS in the background... Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought!" - Princess Leia |

That looks a lot bigger than the SW. Looks like a longer wheelbase and a longer overhang behind the rear wheels. That will be a big truck - I reckon it's bigger than the Amarok we have and that's a lot longer than the 110. Finally a double cab with decent rear seats? I always find them too upright for long trips. How about a vat qualifying USW (we're calling them "hard tops" now, aren't we )? That would be interesting... Mike |

I reckon the wheelbase is about 24" longer than the SW version, if you compare rear wheel positions and sizes, and certainly at first glance it looks as though ti has a great deal going for it. It will however be interesting to see inside since the very thin rear panel directly behind the rear door suggests that the rear seat either must be pretty upright or further forward than you might expect (less legroom). It is I guess a preproduction so may change, but the mere fact it is being shown and is in the line-up is something I find hugely encouraging. |

So whilst the issue of the oblong box on the station wagon is potentially solved (although it does seem to still be odd), here's another one on the double cab.
What are these? Click image to enlarge |

The double cab pick up max axle load would be good to know as well as carrying capacity. 130 Puma HCPU with an Artica 240LR Demountable Camper |

Excuse me Mike... But the hardtop is still not a commercial vehicle... If the hype is to be believed then this will carry 1 tonne (so should be vat qualifying)... It doesn't matter how bad it is, It can always get worse... 2013 Bowler 110 (Sold) 2016 Bowler 90 Rally Spec (Sold) |
