I don't think you can do that with any R380, it isn't a "fast" box.

My recon gearbox didn't feel much different than the original. Brand new gearboxes on the other hand, feel amazing. LR Workshop

did the turret come with the box or did you fit your original one. If original, you will have to set it up for new box

when I shift gently and slowly without High reving it, Everything is ok. Also I have to decompose well passing by neutral. Please see vidéo Link below. Is this a normal way for shifting gears in a defender ? Thanks a lot !

Hi
Yes. When I shift gears slowly and with low rev. Everything is fine. I have to decompose well also passing by neutral. Please see vidéo attached. Tell me please if this is a normal way of shifting for a defender. Sorry for the noise of the wipers. Many Thanks |

Hi Mike Am I supposed to shift that way ? I can not high rev it more and shift faster from 1st to 2d and 2d to 3rd. The throttle is at half way. Not more for these gears. Thanks for your advice. Julien |

Your gear change looks fine.
Have you attempted to adjust the bias springs to improve the gearchange ? Mo The Land Rover 90 - Many are called, few are chosen. 50 Shades of Pennine Grey |
