Anorak and Blackwolf, I like that style of light and they seem to give off a good amount of light. Thumbs Up If I had a roof rack I’d certainly fit some side mounted lights, but I don’t. Big Cry Charlie

You clearly need a roof rack in that case, you probably just hadn't realised it until now!

I work on the theory that if you have enough lights you won't have problems with shadows! Rolling with laughter

I know, it’s becoming apparent I need a light mounting solution that also doubles up as a roof rack! Laughing Charlie

Yes I suppose that unless you’ve got an overhead flood light, or head torch, there’s always going to be some shadows when working in the illuminated area.

Likeomg, how are you getting on with the 80?

It's great, good spread of light more than enough for a rear work light.

Fitted a pair of scenelights, switchable from front and rear - v happy with installation of rear switch.

Also haven’t yet reversed over the dog, which is a plus.

I opted for a scenelite, the switch on the dash only works when ignition is on ,the switch fitted above the rear door is permanently powered.

What else is going on back in there? Looks to be some interesting storage solutions?

I've got two Lazer Utility 25s mounted on the back canopy of the 130, huge amount of light output, really useful when having to navigate a trail backwards in the dark, setting up/breaking camp at night, or early morning trail starts when packing up and checking kit. Switched from the dash, pleased with them.

Not a great photo but gives you an idea, positioned either side of the tailgate flap.
