Great idea but I’m one of those types that will get bugged by the colour of the tape
Same with tyres they have to match! Or my eye will be drawn to it every time 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8 2010 110 XS Utility 2.4TDCI 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 (gone) 2007 Discovery HSE TDV6 (gone) 1993 110 csw 200 tdi (gone) 1994 90 HT 300 tdi (gone) 1994 discovery 300tdi (gone) 90 hybrid 3.5 v8 (gone) Range rover bobtail 3.5 v8 (gone) |

If you enter 'dark green tent repair' into eBay, it will reveal numerous options for self adhesive repair patches.
Or you could buy my Oztent and cut a matching patch out of that Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought!" - Princess Leia |

When I bought my RV1 it came with a 20cm square of each of the floor, tent and mesh material for patching mishaps.
However, for almost any tent rip or hole repair I'd use https://outdoor.mcnett.eu/outdoor/tenacious-tape/ - readily available on online ( e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140591991147 ). It is excellent stuff and transparent so you'd get a perfect colour match. For an Oztent floor I'd probably put it on both sides. Click image to enlarge |

Thanks for the reply’s, i can’t remember if mine came with any patches....may have? But they are long lost now
Tenacious tape looks good stuff, I’ve also found tear aid type A Probably very similar 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8 2010 110 XS Utility 2.4TDCI 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 (gone) 2007 Discovery HSE TDV6 (gone) 1993 110 csw 200 tdi (gone) 1994 90 HT 300 tdi (gone) 1994 discovery 300tdi (gone) 90 hybrid 3.5 v8 (gone) Range rover bobtail 3.5 v8 (gone) |

I'm guessing that Tear Aid is a typo, because McNett is rebranding to Gear Aid and expanding the range of Tenacious Tapes:
https://gearaid.eu/product-category/tenacious-tape/ Update: I guessed wrong, Tear Aid is a thing, and sounds like a similar product http://www.tear-aid.co.uk/ |

You could try and get a heavy duty piece of PVC in green off ebay?
I bought a large PVC tarp off ebay to act as a bit of a groundsheet to protect the bottom of my RV1 against stones, roots, et cetera. Im not sure how it happened, i have the Oztent floor saver as well, good idea though, i will probably go down the clear fancy tape route for this repair and will look for a close colour match just in case for future proofing!

James you have just brought back a memory I forgot about! I need to get something for the stretcher feet!!
An old car mat would do the job perfectly The hole is right in the corner maybe I stepped on it when packing up with a stone underneath? 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8 2010 110 XS Utility 2.4TDCI 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 (gone) 2007 Discovery HSE TDV6 (gone) 1993 110 csw 200 tdi (gone) 1994 90 HT 300 tdi (gone) 1994 discovery 300tdi (gone) 90 hybrid 3.5 v8 (gone) Range rover bobtail 3.5 v8 (gone) |
