Any issues on the fit for TD5 bonnet on your 300tdi? I am after a TD5 bonnet and have a 1995 300tdi... A few posts on the net seem to indicate the water reservoir or heater box touch the underside?

You need to space coolant reservoir out 15mm from wing, and fit td5 bonnet prop rod.

I fitted one to my 200tdi.
As said you need to space the expansion tank out. I used the original cars hinged old school bonnet stay which I love. 2007 90 Puma - Love it - Best car I have ever owned. 1989 Ninety 200tdi - Love it - Second best car I have ever owned. 1951 80" Series 1 - Love it - Third best car I have ever owned. |

Ah, thanks for the offer, I’m up in North Wales, I was going to ask my brother in law to pickup, might have to see if I can find one nearer to home. Cheers for the help Simon |
