[Wanted] Roof rack - manchester
Hi folks.

Collecting the new 90 on Friday: ridiculously excited.

I’m looking for a second hand roof rack if anyone in the area has one for sale. I’m looking for a full rack (rather than bars or a half or 3/4 rack) and am looking for a well regarded make - Patriot, Hannibal, Front Runner, Rhino Rack etc.

My ideal would be something aluminium but lighter weight and something we can stand on for photography. It will carry the usual sheets of 8x4 too as well as a roof tent.

If I struggle then there are plenty of galvanised Brownchurch types on eBay: but would prefer something a bit sleeker if possible. Wouldn’t consider a mild steel one at this stage unless it was a safety devices/OEM one in good nick that Would be worth galvanising.

The new purchase has eaten into the savings, hence trying to keep the cost down.

Ahh... thank you.

Looks like a very neat rack. I’m going to try and find a frontrunner type for a little while longer before looking at the brownchurch-type due to weight.

But that is a very nice looking setup none-the less.
