From a quick look over the datasheet, I think you want an "M" or "R" type contact body.
M has OFF - ON (2 & 3 joined) - MOM ON (2 & 3 joined, 5 & 6 joined) R has ON (1 & 2) - ON (2 & 3) - MOM ON (2 & 3, 5 & 6). So this is an ON-ON-(ON) variant of the above. In your application your 12V supply would go to 2, out to the bar from 3. Ground to 5, mode trigger from 6. What the exact part number would be to match your existing switches I can't tell you though, you'd have to remove one and read the part code from it. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top 2015 D90 XS SW |

I have similar LED units, never thought about changing the pattern as and when. Could you have a small push button on the dash to achieve this? Then use a simple on/off switch? 1999 Defender TD5 110

There's a really handy datasheet for these switches downloadable from the RS-Components website:-

Before digging through tons of information and checking zillions of different switches ... why don't you simply call Carling and ask? Worked for me on a similar question and they are really, really nice (even sent me the single piece I needed as a sample)! Never forget: cars have owner, Landrover have field service personnel. |

Thanks for the replies, Martin it looks like i will need an R type thanks for the info
Excossack i probably wont change them tbh but if the feature is there why not, its more of a safety feature for me i pictured myself stranded on the side of a misty motorway in uk, France or anywhere really and stand a better chance of being seen with the bright fast flashing led's. I didn't relise RS done them! i have an account there as well if i don't get any joy at RS, Carling it is, thats nice of them to hand out a sample! 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8 2010 110 XS Utility 2.4TDCI 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 (gone) 2007 Discovery HSE TDV6 (gone) 1993 110 csw 200 tdi (gone) 1994 90 HT 300 tdi (gone) 1994 discovery 300tdi (gone) 90 hybrid 3.5 v8 (gone) Range rover bobtail 3.5 v8 (gone) |

Hi Bear100
Have a look at Mud UK as they sell carling switches https://www.mudstuff.co.uk/products/carlin...-1029.html The rear wash wipe that I got from them is an Off-On-(On) switch but you would need to check the pins with a multi meter to make sure you get the connections right for your application as they only list the connections for the RWW setup. |

Ahh yes a rear wash wipe would be right for the job!!
just the decal is different but I'm sure the top section is the same as the standard on on-off so can be swapped out 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8 2010 110 XS Utility 2.4TDCI 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 (gone) 2007 Discovery HSE TDV6 (gone) 1993 110 csw 200 tdi (gone) 1994 90 HT 300 tdi (gone) 1994 discovery 300tdi (gone) 90 hybrid 3.5 v8 (gone) Range rover bobtail 3.5 v8 (gone) |
