Excuse me if this a silly question, but what is the bar painted orange? Mine doesn't have that at all?

Looks like a steering guard bar (an alternative to the bash plates that others fit)
Similar to these just painted orange... https://www.handhsurplus.co.uk/product/lan...-barguard/ |

But Mike, yours too could become extreme off road, with the addition of some extreme off road orange paint. I'm sure Halfrauds do it in a rattle can

Spotted this 90 today. Very late TD vehicle right before the Defender rebrand. Looked totally original and even had the side tapes still on.

From one rivet-counter to another Dan, it's a Ninety and a DT!

Badge on front would read 90?
And wasn't the DT a Range Rover? Or was that the Turbo D? LR didn't exactly stick to any real rules at this time you know ![]() Btw I just realised something... ![]() Click image to enlarge 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |
