It really is a Disco replacement isn't it. Looking at the two in the top photo, for me the Defender is more a evolution of the Discovery. Had it been so, i firmly believe it would have been received so much better |

Interesting that some Scottish car dealers appear to have a few sales staff in at work to handover new cars when Scotland is still in full lock down. Yesterday my Countryman was in the local BMW dealership for its first service and there were plenty of very dirty “20” plate cars sitting out on the forecourt and no sales staff in the building at all, the workshop and service reception staff had gone back on Tuesday to set up a one way system through the showroom to service reception, set up sanitisation stations, rig up Perspex booths for dealing with paperwork/ keys and to sanitise courtesy cars. I had asked for a courtesy car and had a Mini-E Level 2 (the pure electric Mini) which I had asked if I could try out for the day. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |
