Actually it is a clip which screws on to a threaded stud on the underside of the truck - it has an integrated cable tie.

Thanks for the suggestion apache - not sure the stick pad one will survive underneath the truck, but useful elsewhere.
There are even magnetic base ones which I think would suit this application. As it turns out I will be re-using the originals. |
