That would look better if you lost the spots, Spots do look the part on the original setup but not on the face lift setup. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back Success is 90% Inspiration and 4 minutes Preparation # you can make it! |

So, I've been a bit quiet but since January we have completed the below
New leadlamps (the ones I bought were EU spec, d’oh) Replacement steering box, damper and swivel housing All new brakes including replacement servo + (discs, pads, calipers, pipes and hoses) on all 4 corners New front door seals on both sides All new bushes and anti roll bars/radius arms, ball joints, drop arms, track rod etc etc 2 new front shocks and new bushes Full oil and filter change New rear tailgate with wiper and high level brake light CV joint, stub axle, drive flange New fuel pump, filter, carrier and housing The slickshift and clutch spring are fitted too Plus there's probably a few other bits I’ve forgotten, but you get the gist, it’s being looked after and drives all the better for it Sadly I was a bit slow ordering my interior bits from Exmoor Trim (so slow in fact I still haven't) before they closed the doors Which is a shame because it would've been nice to use this lockdown time productively HOWEVER, it's not a big deal, there's far more important stuff going on in the world I'll update with some photos when I can Oh, and all being well, it's going into Buzzweld for a platinum underbody treatment in June |

I am looking into security, but I haven't done anything yet.
Currently it's locked up at a local garage, and because of lockdown I don't think it'll be coming out to play anytime soon Can you recommend any security musts? Defender 90 Td5 BMW M4 Competition Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign |

See at first I disagreed with you because I do like this look on some defenders, it works on later all black road going models but now, I concede... I am looking back at 'before' photos and this current lego look isn't doing it for me. Simpler aesthetic coming soon Defender 90 Td5 BMW M4 Competition Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign |

It's been a busy 8 months of ownership so I thought I'd recap what I've done, and what's to come
Bought 1st September 2019 First jobs were LED headlights and a lego 'facelift' which has now gone Since then... I have upgraded the sidelights Added a slick-shift & clutch assist spring EGR delete New Turbo Brake overhaul: servo, discs, pads, callipers, pipes & hoses Steering overhaul: box, damper, track rod assembly, ball joints, anti roll bars & front shocks New fuel pump & carrier New rear tailgate with high level brake light I've also replaced injector no.1 (may end up doing all 5) What's next? I have a new lingum wood steering wheel ready to fit I've got some painting to do Heritage grill on back order Exmoor Trim X Cool N Vintage seats/cubby box (on back order) with Exmoor Trim rear bench seats in Moorland trim (also on back order) Dynamat should arrive this week - front and rear plus a front cab sound-deadening mat set I've got a slot booked in with Buzzweld for a full treatment on 2nd June Otherwise, it's just a roof re-spray and we'll be there. Fingers crossed within a year of purchase. Photo to follow this afternoon with how she looks currently Defender 90 Td5 BMW M4 Competition Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign |

Interested in your views on the exmoor seats when you get them. Look v nice but don’t know if I can justify the ££!
