All going wrong at Duckworths?
Having spent many, many hundreds of pounds with Dan at Duckworths I was hoping they would be able to maintain their high standards once he had left.

Sadly it appears not. Having ordered another few hundred pounds worth of parts a fortnight ago nothing has arrived.
I managed to speak to the parts manager who told me the parts were 'on hold' but would be with me by Tuesday and if not he would call to let me know.

As you have probably already guessed, no parts and no phone call. Having called Duckworths several times, each time the parts manager is not available and has still not phoned me back.

Sadly this will be the last time I use Duckworths. It is amazing how one person can make an organisation and how quickly they are missed.

Is anybody else experiencing the same?

Two weeks agoI needed some touch up spray, contacted Rob by email , It was delivered it in a couple of days. The paint was not in stock and needed to be ordered in then sent out to me. Rob is working from home. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place,
so it doesn't take much to Censored us off.

Give Duckworths their due, they are still trying to operate which is more than what Inchcape did by shutting down their entire operation. Sales, Parts and Service.

Got to disagree with the OP here, and praise Duckworths.

I've had a couple of orders from Rob over the last month or so. One came practically instantly, the other has been a nightmare for Robin to source all the parts (Land Rover showing stock, and then not) but he has found everything and delivered it promptly.

Particularly at the moment I find email the best way to communicate with many people, and Robin Hall Robin Hall Robin.Hall@duckworth.co.uk responds very quickly and often out of what we used to consider office hours.

Drop Robin an email and I'm sure he will be able to help.

When Dan left, he provided Sophie Altoft’s name and email address which I did try, and got no response from. I reluctantly went to my local dealer for the parts and a week latter, Robin turned up on the forum.

Is this the person you tried to contact 130dreamer?
