Much of my time today was also 2-wheel related. Sprucing up another Yamaha - not as venerable as Richard’s above but it was getting a tad shabby.

Little lad making a den with our Series III, then we sat round it with a log fire and beer 🚙 moved it onto garden as if camping 👍👍

12mnths strip n rebuild, clean, repair, refurb etc... Nearly Done...few stainless fasteners to complete & then an MOT sometime??? Had various 750Y, K1/K2 gixxers as track hacks back in the day and were awesome..........
Last (and probably most track specific) was a 750Y with (very) low track gearing that would leave the top dogs of the day (S1000R / R1 Big Bang) on acceleration......was well impressed |

Finished the Milemarker Winch overhaul and new Dynema rope rove on, BBQ repainted with black Hammerite
Found this while tidying up in the car accessories last evening also a set of Puma Gortex front seat covers that don’t fit on my TDi seats bought. Years ago....... Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |
