Possibly spotted 22900013A
As per title,

Around 7.30'ish this morning on the Oxford Ring Road near to the Headington roadabout. Had almost passed you on the opposite carriage way before I noticed you, so apologies for lack of wave Sad

If not you then a very similar looking 110. Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless.

My memory is most certainly getting worse these days but it was deffo this morning. Your trucks' colour seems to be pretty rare around this neck of the woods at the mo.

I was thinking today, I see dozens of Defenders daily, hard to believe none of them are folks from here. I keep seeing a nice 11 plate 110 locally, black hardtop with black allows, A bar I think and chequerplate edgeings, nice motor. 2011 110 USW
