eBay has three. The £197 one is the less-scarce hardbound second edition. The £500 one is a first edition, ex-library copy, rebound into a non-standard hardback binding, which will devalue it massively to a collector. The third one is actually the OP's copy, now listed on eBay.

Thank you Blackwolf, you are indeed correct on all three counts!!
As mentioned earlier in the thread, the other two that are on eBay right now are actually listed by Tony Hutchings himself.
He contacted me when I listed mine to wish me luck with the sale.
Now you could say that he has listed his with those prices to determine the market, who knows?
