I used the Koni Heavy tracks on my Camel Trophy Discovery. As the CT disco was very heavy I ended up using the middle setting in the front and the heavy demping setting in the back.
On a 90 depending how much s... you carry and what you prefferences are, I would start somewhere in the middles setting and start from there. Mine runs either empty or at / over max weight when towing, still on 'softest' setting after several years.

Tough one then!

I have the HTR´s on my lightly kitted 90 (Recaro CS´s, no rear seats). I run them one click above softest setting, and although the ride is definitely on the sporty side, we find it a nice place to be on long runs. The Koni´s (which are basically truck dampers, according to the service tech) are tough and over dimensioned for our 90. We did however have one pack up a couple of years ago (it was four years old and had about 40 k miles on it) which resulted in them sending us a new pair for very little money. I have them on my 110 Hardtop. I run the front one up from soft and the rear turned up full. Really depends on your tyres / wheel size / springs as to the comfort as much as the shock settings. Mine is on 16's with 265 tyres. I have the rear's shocks at full as i have a 30mm front roll bar and need the rear stiff to cut the understeer out. I also have helper springs inside the rear springs as standard but its not crashing or banging over bumps, just well planted for a heavy vehicle....

285/75/16 Cooper ST Maxxs no anti roll bars.

Did you buy the +2 version of the shocks then as you have lift springs?
Sounds like you could try the shocks at standard or +1 click at the front and +2 clicks on the rear and see how you find it. Rears are fairly quick to remove adjust front a little more involved. |

All done today!
