Sorely tempted
EvDv’s pic isn’t showing for me, but I’m rather tempted by some 18’’ (6-pot brakes) Evo Corse in bronze to go with my Orkney 110.

Heart says yes, head says ‘Hold on, Son’.

Anyone have this combo and prepared to share a snap of said combo? My photoshop skills not up to much. JOW and Pjrb have a shot of wheels-only on another thread.

That would look mega. Give Emerald Bespoke a call - sure they can help.

That’s what I fear, Pjrb. Could be expensive!

Can't help you with 18', I put another one of my 16' below, maybe you can see it now.

18' bronze will be amazing, and quality of the wheels is superb. Just do it 😁

The thing that put me off 18' was offroad use, even with 16' I scuffed 2 wheels (lightly) already. If you use it offroad, expect some damage.

Thanks Evdv, a picture of your superb 90 is showing for me now. Point taken re diameters, it will have to be 18s for me to clear the brakes.

I think you may have sold me on them. I’ll post a photo when I pluck up the courage to splash out!

Wow, the 16s look awesome. Are they 7" or 8" wide?

EB are the UK importer so no doubt can get the best price delivered in the UK.

Bronze is an awesome colour but not so common on wheels but very on trend at the moment!!

8'' et0

Yes, not wanting to cut anyone's business here, didn't know there was a main importer in the UK.

Evdv,

Very kind of you to offer, but I think EB as suggested by Pjrb would be my best bet.

Pjrb,

On trend sounds a lot like ‘fashion victim’ to me! However, having recently seen these wheels in action in the Dakar I’m very keen to have a set. Will it be safe black or cool Bronze? That is the question.

I also need to work out whether the ET18 will safely clear the Alcon brakes before I waste any money.

Just seen your response about ET0. EB were only showing ET18 or ET35 on their website. I think I have ET0 Twisted wheels on at the mo.

The 8.5x18" DakarZero wheels will clear the brakes. ET18 is the lowest offset feasible on that wheel.

Your wheels are 8" wide if I am correct with ET0 so they will sit very similarly.
