Spare wheel locking wheel nut???

Maybe this is me being stupid...

Anybody know what sort of tool can get this wheel nut off? Im guessing its a locking wheel nut to which i dont have the key for, its only on the spare wheel but i am planning to change to steel mods soon so would like to know what to do Confused
