I know, i know, my apology as i haven't explained, i went trough list, but i cant find anything listed there, in Malaysia. So i noticed, that, its mentioned it has to be C3 grade, and i did found this oil, i have posted pic for, so i just wanted some of gurus here, to confirm, is this okay to use or not..

I've no idea of the significance but my understanding is that it should be C1 rather than C3. Darren

Do the Malaysia-spec cars have a DPF? In Australia, none were fitted with one - so wondering if perhaps Malaysia is the same (no reason it should be).
Reason for asking is that your oil choice is simpler if no DPF - you then choose the same oil as the 2.4. |

I use a Millers 5W 30 synthetic, so i would suggest that you are perfectly ok with this.

..my truck has DPF..its 2.2 Turbodiesel Puma, MY2014 110 DC..its stock and nothing has been modified...based on what Supacat posted, it seems C3 is suitable for light trucks with DPF engines ?

I'd rather doubt that your car is conform to Euro 5 (is equipped with a DP)
If it was it wouldn't work with Malaysian diesel It seems that Malaysian diesel currently complies to Euro 2. https://paultan.org/2014/11/17/malaysia-ge...a-mohamed/ Your engine is a ROW type Get this clarified with Land Rover Malaysia |

@Julie
..i came back just now, from JLR Service center here in KL...and yes, it turns out that you are correct..trucks sold here do not have DPF installed...only imports(2nd hand), which came in to country trough non JLR , does have DPF, they told me this. Thank you for an insight. |
