Keep pushing them they will buckle. I personally know of one
Other that went pop at 38000 miles I owner , I driver,
Full main dealer history. Clearly there is an issue with
A few of these engines. Have fun be happy

Definitely worth fighting this one Rolling Eyes Tell them you will be getting advice from consumer advice groups and will be highlighting the case (as well as all LR engine past issues!) very publicly! I remember reading quite a few articles from "Honest John" where car engines have packed up just outside of warranty and customers gaining proper compensation after he had intervened Wink The point is, if the engine has been serviced correctly it should be expected to last at least say 80,000 + miles... 25K is ridiculous, I think you have a very good case Very Happy
