Well,
The 110 went to it's new home yesterday evening, and the new chassis for the 130 should be ready to collect at the end of the month. I'll be doing a build thread in the 130 section of the forum. If anyone has a good bulkhead for sale let me know! 1985 127 V8 Build Thread Series 2 109" Series 1 80" |

Thanks for the positive comments!
I'm trying to decide on colour, I'd like to stick with orange, it's sort of become my trademark but I'd like it to be more sophisticated.... I like the Adventure edition 'Phoenix Orange' but it's still quite bright.... not that it's a bad thing but I'd like a colour that would work with a limestone roof and wolf wheels. Then I remembered I had a 'Fire and Ice' model 110, turns out the paint is metallic 'Vesuvius Orange', I don't really fancy spraying metallic so I'll probably ask a paint shop to mix me up a solid 2K version. I must confess that orange is a little too bright for my liking, but I'm glad someone shares my opinion
I showed my colleagues today and they thought burnt orange and limestone was a disgusting colour combination. 1985 127 V8 Build Thread Series 2 109" Series 1 80" |
