97 onwards have OBD for interrogating 10AS system.

Whilst late 300tdi's had a physical OBD socket, it wasn't a full OBD compliant implementation so the toys that you might typically plug into one these days won't work.

From memory, I don't think Defenders became fully complaint with the standard until facelift TD5. Darren
