The clutch kit from LOF came with replacement pilot bearing.
Looking for any tips or advice on how to remove the old one without the LR Special Tool which I believe costs £££. Update: Just done a search on "spigot bearing". Got a few ideas |

The Puma unit is a capped one so any form of bread or grease and pressure won’t work.
I used and internal bearing race puller. On a threaded two leg puller as the slide hammer was too harsh and just destroyed the lip. So a slow steady constant pull was required. The kit I bought was about £30 on eBay 2011 Defender DCPU 2.2 - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic30623.html Instagram - @r22oyp Roy |
