Delayed for 45 minutes... 3 Seconds of air time
Your right about the road conditions... I was there whilst on-route to the Royal Berkshire Hospital, taking a cyclist who had unfortunately had an ancient very close to where I live (out in the sticks) and although not badly hurt, he had some head wounds that needed attention, my medical kit only went so far, A&E did the rest, including a head scan to ensure all was OK. I've spotted myself a few times on Google Street Mapping, that part where the camera car has been out and about taking pictures of everywhere they can get. At the moment I'm in two places at once around Hereford, quite a feat I know but the images are a couple of months apart.

Hereford is certainly the hotbed for streetview activity!
Here I am making my debut during demolition of 'Bubbles' Car Wash during City Link Road site clearance in 2015. You've got it Hank, took a bit of manoeuvring to get the right angle as if you go slightly further along the pointless road it changes to a different camera car on a different day. I just remember seeing the car and thought "I just wonder........"
