Hi, it may not be to everyone's taste but it looks like this should be worth much more, bespoke cars conversion would probably cost around 20k alone.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2013-Land-Rover...%7Ciid%3A1 can you explain me what's is wrong with this car, color spec or the fact that it has been modified, but similar bespoke, twisted or urban Defender are around 40-60k |

I don't think the 'Bespoke' brand has quite the cachet of Twisted. Either that or the market for tacky conversions has finally dried up. Darren

For a 2013 110 with 25k on the clock it does seems a decent price. I'd say it was a scam but Saxton4x4 are a semi-reputatable company, been around a long while. I suspect the price may be wrong or + VAT?
Personably, I'd have to spend £20k to put it 'right', but just my taste. Saxton seem to carry a huge amount of stock so probably a px and need to shift it, i dont care for the white bumper and they could have tucked the headlight surround seal in!
Alot of very expensive leather work gone on though. |

I was amazed at the level of stock they are carrying as "for sale" on their ebay store. Page 1 alone of their listings (50 vehicles) is over £7m retail and they've over 600 listings 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone
2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |

it looks like px price and advert is not done properly with all the extras listed, only question is why it hasn't been sold yet as i have seen this car on their instagram page few months ago.

Some thoughts.... Firstly Bespoke deserve a great reputation, they are passionate about the brand and protect that by offering a product and service that is second to none , and whilst not cheap their rates are on par with my local independent and they are passionate about component quality even going as far as not using brands revered on here (that would sell easily) due to longevity/quality issues. - ‘tacky’ is a perception and each to their own but I struggle to agree with that in regards to Bespoke, Twisted etc - but as I said - perception..and yes I have one so I would obviously disagree but... - no matter what we to do to our Defenders, whatever trinkets we decide to add or not add, whatever price each of us pays - we are all passionate about the Defender and whether we do this ourselves or pay a reputable brand to do this for us - each of us is keeping one of these great icons on the road - so whatever tacky conversions we perceive of others - lets get behind it and long may all Defender markets continue because that is surely good news for everyone. |

I like the wonky spare cover and trim hanging from the RHS tacky headlight surround.
Classic case of bolting crap on a diesel = ‘bespoke’... like the other thousands out there. But as above, priced to sell i reckon. Last edited by GREENI on 25th Oct 2019 6:34am. Edited 1 time in total |
