Spotted on " our holiday "

Just saw these on our travels around Scotland .....................

I think that this Series 1 is one of the safest ones that wont get stolen

The pic above is on the otherside to us at Loch Earn and it is used to launch the speed boat and on the Saturday before we were leaving the next day, the speed boat was on and around Loch Earn as it was such a fab day and it sounded awesome, just like it had a V8 in and walking along the loch we passed one of the Inn's and this lot were parked in having lunch as it was there meet day .....................

That LR also was not the car that was onboard when Britannia arrived at Leith, it’s only been there a short while as the Rolks Royce Phanton that was onboard was reclaimed by its owners having only been lent to the Royal Family........ the company taking it back was VW........... OK it was really Bentley. I had the privilege to visit Pitcairn Island a few years back and the only vehicle there is a Series Land Rover (not an Air Portable either) that was offloaded from an RN warship when Prince Philip made a visit to the island. It’s still there, only done a few miles, never moves as there is only one track from the landing slip to the village of Adamstown all of 500m long! Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Doesnt have an MOT currently, but the advisory notices of Nearside Rear Vehicle structure has slight corrosion (6.1.B.2) and Offside Rear Vehicle structure has slight corrosion (6.1.B.2) may have been optimistically understated
