Interesting question, the most obvious problem would be the lever to adjust the seat back would be on the wrong side.
Seat belt receiver would be ok...try it! |

Yes, I clocked the seat back lever but to be honest, it never gets moved once its set, so I thought that would be OK.
Guess I was being a bit lazy and asked before trying it in case someone has and the bracket bolts didnt line up or something. If no one posts with experience of trying this, I will give it a go and post an update on what happens |

I changed mine recently and from memory all 4 bolts are the same on each side.

For anyone who is thinking of this, it works fine. The recline lever for the seat is a bit tight but as long as you are not adjusting it all the time its ok to live with. Seat is lots more comfortable !
