MANY THANKS TO PETER @ YEOVIL LAND ROVER
The hand brake issue and resulting damage has been rectified following the intervention of Peter Kingwell at Yeovil Land Rover.

Many Thanks

That's a result for you. BTW what was the actual damage caused? Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.
Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW.

[Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc]

Bumper, wing, hand brake adjustment & wheel alignment - still not convinced it corners to the left now as well as it should so may have to get it put on a caroliner just to make sure. Unfortunately from my background of racing I know when something is right or wrong.

not a lot of cost to the garage, but it was the principle of the mater.

We had been treated as silly inferiour customers, and Michele was sent away with her tail between her legs and I was not going to have that.

But to be fair Peter did what he had to do. I do know a lot of motoring journalists from my days racing who would have liked to get their teeth into this in some small way.

*On a good note I have been asked to dial in a 5.7 ltr race car at spa in belgium in october ready for its first outing, got to put 500 miles on it and datalog all the adjustments* luckily the owner is a lard arse like me so once ive corner weighted it with me in it we wont need to do it again lol Laughing
