Fred’s coming along nicely I’m told, I didn’t get a chance to go this week. But I’m collecting mid-end of next week. I’ve also had the below image sent through. I’ve always liked the gear knob in the old Porsche 917 and the later Carrera GT so I decided I wanted something similar. A guy makes them to order in a variety of woods and finishes. The below is the transfer box one which is 37mm dia and the gear knob will be 47mm.

Had a go at replicating the coolnvintage Bluetooth speaker they have done in a couple of builds. Had to completely remove the front panel and then trim both sides down for it to fit. It’s going to need re trimming so I am thinking of dropping to as close to the cup holders as I can and add a crossmembers at the top as it has nothing at the moment.

Almost there, just have the last couple of bits to finish off, the guys at UK Defenders have been great and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Hopefully picking it up on Wednesday.

Thanks Everyone, it’s been a long time coming. I took delivery back on the 16th November 2017, I have only driven It twice. Once to get a Christmas tree that year and then to the garage. Hoping that it’s going to stay dry for the weekend so I can enjoy it.
