Who has the Gwyn Lewis front mudflap kit?
Have bought this kit, but not sure how it will look, so would appreciate any pics if anyone has them fitted before I start cutting wheel arches.

Cheers
Col

Should add, it’s the front mud flap kit.

Me too. They are great although I was a bit reluctant to cut a strip off the wheel arch. I felt this should have been in the description on the website. Still, I’m glad I fitted them. I fitted offset wheels and the corrosion in just one winter inside the rear doors was awful. Fitted these and problem solved 2002 110 td5

Got them at both ends, far better than the Land Rover offering, especially when used in conjunction with the plastic flaps which protect the footwells and the rear cross member.
All fittings and fasteners are either stainless or galvanised. A well thought out piece of kit.

The rear flaps mounting system is far more robust then the LR system and the flaps are QD.

All you need now is the matching set for the back. If anything they are even better thought out. It is not a Defender, it is a One_Ten

Call me dumb.... but I thought the GW flaps were supposed to stop the spray up the side of the vehicles? Laughing Shocked Question Question

Mudflap extenders are the perfect answer to that. That means as long as you don’t run wider than 235 tires.

You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

The GL product is great but can give problems if you run larger tyres (eg 255/85 X 16) and want to fit tyre chains.

Ericvv, can I ask who supplies those?
