Just buy new genuine from Dan or from any JLR dealer, won’t cost an arm and a leg. Then install them using plenty of a good non-hardening anti-corrosion paste like Weicon. You will be good for many years.

I had the same issue. I just buy them from JLR and replace. quite cheap and you keep the original look. Plently of grease or coppaslip and all is well. I did pre empt this as I bought the car new and took all the factory bolts out at the back and greased them. so it wasnt an issue to change when eventually needed. yes, slightly OCD! And here is in my opinion the best non (= never) hardening anti corrosion paste to use liberally on your bolts (also door bolts, etc.). Believe in U.K. available from amazon.
