2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Alpine White

Single DIN touch screen stereo

Morning everyone, considering a single din 10inch touchscreen, any ideas? wide range on eBay most Chinese looking and do everything but are they any good? any recommended brands? will it interfere too much with the facia controls? should I consider the motorised pop out hidden screen or the fixed screen I'm not keen on the idea of changing the facia for a double DIN model.
lots of questions but would appreciate your views
