The VCV, or suction control valve controls pressure to the fuel rail. They do wear out and usually cause unstable idle. When mine was having problems the Nanocom showed the fuel pressure fluctuating a lot, but their was no fault code. They are easy to replace. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

If it's the vcv valve buy a genuine one, denso make them

r.p.m without increase, only at times uneven operation.
The vcv valve changed 6 months ago for a dense one !!! |

Maybe air is getting into the system? Check if your fuel filter is on secure and does not wobble when you try to move it. Check all connecting points in the fuel system to see if you can spot a leak or one that is not correctly secured on.
It could also be the copper washers and o-rings of the injectors. |

I lean to the vcv valve, the toric seals and the copper washers were changed, the filter is firmly in place.
It can be the valve LR006866 ?? Regards |
