That does not look factory to me. Can you trace the cable as I think it is a boom slang loom. I gives more voltage to the lights. Roel

of the 4 wires:
1 black ground to engine 2 red connect to the alternator battery post 1 connects to the factory wiring loom under the intake manifold. you can see it in the picture. i guess the question is what terminal on the OEM harness is it connected to? i see no connection to the headlights. 04 110 TD5 |

Disconnecting the earth wire from the relay will disable it. Try doing that and see what doesn't work

the wire looks to be brown with a red stripe. could be 50/50 brown and red. im almost thinking is has to do with glow plugs as the other wires next to it coming from the loom go to the glow plugs 04 110 TD5

black wire go to one side coil how are the other wire connect to the relay |

So if I want to reconnect this to the original relay inside the truck, where would I connect it to?

I disconnected the ground from the relay and the starter doesn't run so that's it. What do I do to put it back to stock? 04 110 TD5

Link 5 60amp under drivers seat fuse box ( NW ) brown- white wire 4.0mm to Relay two centre fuse Box from Left side (30)
