Has anybody fitted a spin on oil filter adaptor to a series 111 with the 2.3 5 main bearing diesel engine. (1982)? I find it very hard to change the oil filter without making a mess as I have to lie on the ground under the vehicle to do it. I figured a spin on oil filter would be less messy. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

Rocky Mountain did a conversion - but not cheap - http://rockymountainspares.co.uk/product/s...rsion-kit/
From memory I think you could get a spin on filter housing from a Sherpa van which would fit. Maybe try on-line scrappies Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond..... |

Thank you. I had seen the Rocky Mountain one. I was just wondering if anyone had converted to this system and what unit they used.
