I used Masai, check out their website for details/prices, local windscreen fitter put it in for £20.

There is Explore Glazing too. Never used them, but I do fancy a set of gull wing windows. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

When I wanted a new rear window I found a new take off one on eBay where the original owner had fitted panoramic glass.
