Good afternoon guys.
I have for sale 30 Scepter Water jerry cans. (20L) See this link for manufactures details, https://civ.sceptermilitary.com/water_containers/ These have been used as ballast in a well know DJ's touring set. Today I have decommissioned them. They are in great condition as you can see from the pictures and all come with the caps included. These are military spec and are what the US Military use (even thought the Canadians make them! ) They are "thick wall plastic" as per the manufacturers spec on the website and "won't rust or add any colour, odour or chemicals to your water" These are available in the UK from an online website and sell for £65 per piece. (although they have been out of stock for about 18 months) I am looking for £42 each including 2nd class signed for postage. (this is the cheapest option - £6) If you are interested message me, if you're local you can always collect in person. Currently I am in Redditch, soon I will be back in the Kent area. I've been personally looking for some of these for a while as they are great containers but were very expensive to get in the UK. Colour is black. If you do buy one, I would advise you wash them out with diluted bleach before use as they have had water in them for about a year. You know... just to get rid of any of those nasty bugs that could be present. Hope some of you are interested, If nobody is I will list on eBay in a few weeks but thought I would give the forum first dibs. How to scepter jerrycans compare to the size of the British Army's osprey-made water jerry cans? are they the same external dimensions? 110 Defender 300tdi & Penman trailer with ally exped top and roof tent

480x350x180mm are the Scepter dimensions.
They are a 20L can so I imagine they are very comparable but I don’t know the British can dimensions. |
