Thanks, but you will have to be more specific. The battery box has nothing but the battery in it, the drivers seat box has relays and a few fuses, the in dash box has fuses. Non relate to 6&7

Alright, I'm trying to help.
It's called the "battery box fuse box" on the wiring diagram. Sorry, it's the seat box fuse box. I'm assuming that this relates to your 2011 Puma as per your icon. In which case there are 6 fuse links and the first 7 numbered blade fuses in the seat box fuse box. Then blade fuses numbered 8 through to 47 under the panel beneath the steering wheel. I've given the exact fuse numbers and ratings, I got the common name of the fuse box slightly wrong. ![]() ![]() |

From what I can see, fuse 7 has an icon of a car door and key in the fuse box lid label. Looks likely.

.........and once/if you find a blown fuse, look for the broken wire(s) between a pillar and a door (the one with the actuator that doesn't work) which caused the short!

Yep, blown 20 amp.
Doc P, all the actuators work so it’s either a partial break or just one of those things! If it happens again I’ll investigate further. |

After this continued to happen randomly and all wiring in the doors checked and confirmed sound I looked at the remote itself.
turned out to have a broken solder joint. I re-soldered it and problem solved! |
