Hi Dan it's quite easy, remove dash centre switchers stereo ect then remove clocks steering wheel stalks etc,
Then the are two in the grab handle passenger side, two in the clocks side, also there are two small screws that hold the dash in place, each side of the dash (smaller torxs )screws.
That is about it,if you are still unsure drop me a pm and I will talk you through;)

Thanks Ash Wink

Trying to find where it's leaking in from. Whistle
It's not the heater or the window seal so only other thing I could think of is possibly there a rubber grommet not in properly.

Thanks for that Ash I'll give it a go next weekend.

Sounds a major op taking the dash out can you fix the bits in question from the engine bay and then spray the hell out of everything down there with wax Whistle .

This is for an older model but many parts still relevant Thumbs Up

I feel for you. I purchased a brand new Puma a few yrs ago. 57 plate 90 XS. I loved it to bits apart from the water ingress. It started off with the rear floor being perm wet under the carpet. Dried it out several times and the next lot of rain it was soaked. Went into my local dealer 3 times to get fixed. But they failed. And to add insult to injury when I drove it in the rain I used to get a wet foot. Driving round LH corners water ran out of the dash and onto the door and my foot. This water started off clear but after a few weeks it started to appear all rusty. So it was taken to another dealership and left there and we drove away with a nice D3. Been happy ever since.
BUT I will be back in a Puma as soon as funds allow 110 D250 SE HT
