Welcome to the club.
Whilst overbuilt they tow lovely, have a stainless tub that doesn't rust and the Autoreverse brakes are a god send for those of us who have used previous narrow and widetrack "Sankey" trailers in the past. https://www.defender2.net/forum/post493573.html on this thread black wolf gives the right info on the NATO plug pin outs and all you do is undo the plug and one at a time swap the wires over a tradition 7pin. or at least a pen and tape to mark which is which before cutting them / unsolder off the NATO. The bulbs are easy to change using Le Peri light units with the separate bulb holder. The number plates are the same as defender with a '233' bulb. The Fog and indicators are traditional 382 12V 21W bulbs The stop tails are standard 380 12V 21 / 5W The front markers are capless 501 bulbs. The convoy doesn't matter and I simply didn't wire it in. Thanks for the replies guys!!
Devon-rover thank you for the info mate much appreciated, i searched hi and low on google to no avail! Didn’t think of checking here. When the rain stops il look into converting it to 12v. See I know theyre a bit of a lump but for the money i dont think you can match them spec wise with anything else. Our old mans got one of those portafloat halfords type and he paid a tidy sum by the time he added a spare wheel etc. Anyway like i said if anyones after dimensions etc or pics just let me know. Regards tom |

I'd be interested to know the price from Hamptons (but not interested enough to ask them). If anyone finds out, please could they post here?
