Pom a factory made Trailer can carry what the plate says..i'd be very careful with a DIY Trailer....legality wise

I know they have outlawed home made trailers that use car axles and springs underneath them or the ones where you cut the front off a car and just put an A frame on them. that was a shame as i had a lovelly trailer made out of a 110 rear tub and chassis looked great behind my old 90 i even matched the wheels, even had hood sticks and a bodged up tilt. But had to go when they changed the rules roughly the same time new tow bars had to have CE markings on them If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.
