Which way are you drilling them from? I did mine from the front so just drilling into soft aluminium of the rivet head - I guess if you are drilling from the back, and the snap off steel centre is still in the rivet then that will be harder. Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond.....

I did mine yesterday,
Drill from the front you just end up with a collection of 'washer' type bits on your drill they came out easy. Looks much better now. |

Yep was drilling from the front. Suspect my drill bits aren’t the right size. What size did you use?
