Same experience before - customer reported noise from drive train. The right way to diagnose it was to remove propshaft and drive only with the rear one. Noise was gone, so it was time to remove front diff. 3 bolt heads from crown wheel were broken, making mess inside.
I have seen this also on small passenger cars. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "BlufĂnek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo |
