Has anyone fitted one of the acoustic blankets from NK Group? And/or associated bell housing Blanket. Any good? Any thoughts? Worth the money?

I had one from another company on my first defender, to be honest I think it was a waste of money not sure it reduced noise but I convinced myself it did, it actually rubbed thru an air conditioning pipe and caused it to fail (pipe replaced under warranty) would I have one again NO would I spent the money instead on dynamat Yes. 2015 HT XS 90

Yes, I read all the fantastic reviews - bought an underbonnet from them, fitted it and then a month later fitted a standard under bonnet Britpart sound proofing - the std underbonnet made more of a difference than the NK blanket - to be honest I then removed the The blanket and didn’t notice one jot of difference. I wouldn’t buy one again. |
