Just tried to fit diff guards from Flatdog and they are a real dogs breakfast. The fastening supplied don’t fit and are the wrong thread. Even the fastening for the Flatdog to Flatdog bracket appears to be the wrong thread.
Does anyone know what the correct thread is for bolts on the diff. UNF? Ken |

What car, what type of axle?
I put a wild bear rear wrap around guard on a 110 52 td5 with the later non salisbury rear axle. The bolts that go into the diff housing sideways that came with it were too long and bottomed on threads. So I bought some new bolts that were shorter and all good. If its all wrong and you can't source any new bolts then speak to who sold it to you and get them to sort out a proper kit? |

Its a 2008 110 Puma. I am happy to source the replacements myself rather than faff around chasing an incompetent supplier. Ken

I 've had the same problems with flatdog guards. And when you finally find the right bolts, the guard is not fitting at all. At my guard it looks like the welded part with the two holes is welded on the wrong side of the marked line.....
