Aircon isn’t working (again). The system leaks the 600 gr in about a year. Last year it was pressure tested everything ok. But now the system is empty again. I can’t find any obvious leaks.
Anyone have an idea? a defender from 1984 pretending to be a puma with a touch of Range Rover |

If there is a leak then the dye will have leaked out too. If you can't see it then it's where you haven't been looking.
Check the condensation runoff over the gearbox to see if there might be come traces of dye there from the heaterbox. Edit: I wrote the above assuming you had a puma. I realise that's not the case. But the statement still stands. It's where you haven't been looking. |

Thnx. It’s a puma. It’s has the drivetrain and the dash (and therefore the aircon) of the puma.
I’ll look above the gearbox ![]() |

Just a quick question. You should be able to see the dye without a uv lamp? a defender from 1984 pretending to be a puma with a touch of Range Rover

A very quick Google video search suggests that the dye may be UV, so you might need a lamp. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS
