Regarding the nugget intake, you may already know, but I think they recently improved the design of the end that goes into the airbox so it is less likely to fowl on the alternator. With that in mind, you may prefer the newer version. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Yes, I have been doing a bit of reading on that!
My understanding it was the 2.2's that were mostly effected? I may well end up contacting first 4 directly and confirm they only stock the upgraded version and get that anyway.... Plus, Flatdog also have the Safari intake at a reasonable price ATM so see what folks come back with on here and may end up just getting them both on order |

I've got a 2.4 and you could barely get a fag paper between the nugget pipe and my alternator. I thionk it does touch sometimes. If you can, get the new version. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

And while you at it, get one of those lovely machined Nugget air boxes too. In for a penny, in for a pound! 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS
