[Sold] BAS2 RRC iid tool. **Cheap**
For sale is my Bell auto services BAS2 RRC (remote remap control)

It is a full diagnostic plug in obd port fault code reader, programmer, and remap tool that connects with Bluetooth to you iPhone/ iPad/ android phone/ tablet.

This is new condition but has been used. It is currently assigned to my old defenders vin. You just need to contact Pete Bell at Bell auto services to unlock the tool/ assign it to your vehicle.

£150 quick sale to fund other toys!!
This cost £650 new so over half the price I paid!!!

This is fully working order, just sold my defender so no longer have a use for it,

1st class recorded delivery or collection from Alresford Hampshire.
Any questions please ask!

The £650 includes the remap, which I'm sure won't be included with this? Still a useful tool, if like me you had a workshop remap but want the ability to take it on and off. James

That’s correct the remaps are programmed to each vehicle so whoever buys it as says needs to speak with Pete Bell to change the vin and he will write a new remap to whatever they are after, most likely with a fee but I can’t speak for him! You will still be able to to fault codes/ diagnostic.

Er, leaving aside the absence of otherwise of the actual remap, don't you mean "less than half price"?

I’m not advertising remaps with the tool. Simply trying to sell the tool!! It can perform remaps but it’s mainly a diagnostics tool for programming, live values etc.. No where have I said it’s coming with remaps programmed in for new vehicles. As I’ve said it’s asaigned to my old defender, need to contact pete Bell upon purchase and he can change it to another vehicle.

And thank you yes I did mean *less than half price 😂

I’ve been considering a BAS remap recently and have been checking out the price.

The remap tool without MAP is £250 plus vat

...so actually 20% off retail for a second-hand item, rather than "less than half price" as in title

I sold mine recently and these are the prices Pete quoted to get the tool registered to a new VIN number :

I've checked with Pete at BAS and to enable this tool it will cost £300 +VAT for a 2.4 map and £350 + VAT for a 2.2.

£150 is what I paid for my RRC 2nd hand. I certainly wouldn't complain at that price. I did wait a little while until I put the map on but I won't be regretting that spend either. Thumbs Up
Think I needed to spend the £25 for the change of ownership to get any immediate use out of it though.
