Bit slow on the project front but I've cleared a space in my diary and have booked a mate in to help me for next weekend!
The bulkhead will be coming off along with the axles, engine and tranny. Old chassis out the workshop and brand spanker moving in. I'll be taking plenty of pics for prosperity. If anyone near me has a block and tackle I can borrow for the weekend it'd be worth a case of beer. |

good stuff there pal, I will dig out the gearbox mounts,
I will look into posting them with a different company, The last parcel I have sent out through parcel force, Which wasn't remotely keen on after your hassle, they have gone and lost it! So they can shove their service as far up their arse as they can get it. I have refunded the buyer, but still he is out of pocket with out the parts, and I am out of pocket for the delivery. Cheers to Clayton for the Block & Tackle and other bits!
Also for giving me the kick up the arse that I needed. This weekend I've whipped off all the ancillaries from the block ready for it's removal and finally managed to remove the rear axle. I've taken a few pics including one of the only rust free bit I've found so far. I'll post them up later. |
